WHY THIS EXISTS

Good photo.
Wrong file format.

HEIC is great at saving space. JPG is easier to open, attach and share. Make a JPG copy without changing your original photo.

How do I convert HEIC to JPG?

Choose your quality setting, then select or drop HEIC files. Conversion starts automatically. Download each JPG or save the completed batch as a ZIP.

Is JPG the same as JPEG?

Yes. They are two filename extensions for the same image format. This tool saves files with a .jpg extension.

What happens to quality and metadata?

JPG uses lossy compression. Higher quality usually means a larger file. Camera details, dates and GPS metadata are not copied. Only the first decoded still image is converted; motion and additional images are not retained. HDR and wide-gamut colours may change.

Privacy-focused. What do we measure?

Your photos stay on your device. Conversion happens in your browser; we don’t receive your photos, filenames, image contents or photo metadata.
